Brief
Founded in 1961, Brancott Estate is now New Zealand’s largest wine producer.
London based creative agency Grayling got in touch with us to fulfill the video production side of their new rebranding for Brancott Estate. They wanted to utilise influencers and outdoor adventure enthusiasts to express the sophistication of Brancott Estate wines.
Our task was to follow author, speaker and adventurer Alastair Humphreys on his first ever glider experience.
Production
We shot this film in one glorious, sunny day at the Yorkshire Gliding School near Leeds. They provided us with a glider and a powered aircraft in order to film alongside the glider in the air. We shot the majority of the film handheld using our Sony FS7 and two suction mounted Go pros.
We created a 2.5min and a 1min edit for use on various social channels with the intention of pushing Alastair’s large social presence toward the new Brancott Estate website.
