Swyft | Dead Pixel Video Production Case Study.jpg

Brief

Swyft are a London-based ecommerce brand, producing and selling stylish sofas that are delivered in boxes and assembled in less than 5 minutes. The marketing team approached us with a clear brief for tailor-made video content to utilise within their paid social campaign, highlighting the key USPs of the products in a slick and engaging way.

Production

After having the sofas shipped to our Manchester office, we filmed a large bank of footage during one day of production, focussing on the key features and selling points of each SKU.

All content was planned and shot by our in-house crew (Director & DOP) using our Sony FS7, Aperture 300d lights and a mixture of props and vinyl backgrounds.

Each shot was carefully framed to allow for graphics and text that would be introduced during the edit.

Post-production

Utilising a mixture of our freshly produced video content, brand assets and existing still photography, we graded, edited and delivered a total of 25 assets to be used in Swyft’s ongoing paid social campaigns.

Each asset was created to precise specifications based on where and how it was being used and we included branded motion graphics to call out key features of each product (including animating existing brand iconography).
